Facilities & Terms

  • BREAKFAST: served from 7.30am to 10.30am in our air conditioned room and outside on the terrace, surrounded by the blooming of wisteria and bougainvillea.
  • LUNCH: agreement with the self service on the “Pino Solitario” beach, just 200 meters from the Hotel.
  • DINNER: for those who wish to stay in Fetovaia, it is possible to have dinner at the partner restaurant with a complete menu from appetizer to dessert for € 30.00 per person, excluding drinks . For those who want to visit the nearby and distant places of the island, we will be happy to recommend some affiliated restaurants with 10% discount.
  • FIDELITY CARD: upon your arrival you will receive our Fidelity Card which will allow you to receive a 10% discount on all agreed activities (Restaurants, Beach, Diving, Tennis).
  • NO SMOKING: smoking is prohibited in the rooms. In the open air, on the porch and on the balconies it will be healthier for everyone.
  • PETS: sorry but pets are not allowed in the hotel.
  • FREE SERVICES: discount code for the ferry, hot tub in the garden, WiFi connection, use of bicycles, beach towels, use of the fitness area, charging for cars electric, fidelity card. PARKING SPACE: free and guaranteed in our private car parks
  • PAYMENT SERVICES: courtesy service (bathroom with shower , luggage storage and parking space available of customers leaving in the afternoon, laundry service, electric mountain bikes, bar drinks (always open), umbrellas for free beach.
  • WELLNESS CENTER “LA MACINA”: entrance to the SPA is subject to a fee, by appointment and for exclusive use.
  • CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: check-in from 14.30, check-out until 11.00. Guests who leave in the afternoon can take advantage of all the services of the hotel, a parking space, luggage storage and, upon reservation, a bathroom with shower complete with towels, shampoo-shower and hairdryer. The full service costs € 15.00 (one-off).
  • ADVANCE PAYMENT: at the time of booking an advance payment of 30% of the stay will be required by credit card or bank transfer. Payment must be made, immediately after booking, by credit card or bank transfer; in case of bank transfer the payment slip must be sent by e-mail.

  • CANCELLATIONS: the deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is before 7/14/21 days from the day of arrival according to the season (7 days to 30/5 and from 16/9, 14 days from 31/5 to 13/6 and from 9/9 to 15/9, 21 days from 14/6 to 8/9. The deposit will be retained if the cancellation is communicated within 7/14/21 days before the day of arrival.
  • CHANGES: changes made up to 7/14/21 days before arrival will be allowed. The changes communicated in the 7/14/21 days before arrival or on site will result in a charge of the missed stay.
  • NO SHOW: the deposit will be totally retained.
  • ELECTRONIC RECEIPT / INVOICE: the Hotel issues an electronic receipt. Those who want the invoice must expressly request it at the time of booking and provide the necessary data.
