pr\u00eatres au s\u00e9minaire de Massa Marittima, b\u00fbcherons-charbonniers.<br \/>\nNous avions nos propres plats typiques, simples et sans pr\u00e9tention: soupes de l\u00e9gumes, panzanella (salade d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 base de pain, tomates et petits l\u00e9gumes), poisson grill\u00e9, poulpe cuit au naturel, viande de ch\u00e8vre, figues au miel, \u00ab castagnaccio \u00bb (g\u00e2teau \u00e0 la farine de marron).\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-81aa5f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-tm-ele-text-editor\" data-id=\"81aa5f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"tm-ele-text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"tm-text-editor\">\r\n\t\tAu fil du temps nous, \u00ab les habitants de la C\u00f4te du Soleil \u00bb avons v\u00e9cu une grande transformation, mais nous ne voulons pas oublier que nous avons une histoire et une culture \u00e0 valoriser et mettre en avant et \u00e0 partir desquelles trouver l\u2019inspiration et la force d\u2019entreprendre: nos vall\u00e9es et montagnes riches en t\u00e9moignages et vestiges d\u2019anciennes civilisations, la culture paysanne de l\u2019autosuffisance pauvre et digne \u00e0 la fois, bas\u00e9e sur le vin comme unique ressource et source de revenu, l\u2019art tr\u00e8s ancien et tr\u00e8s laborieux de la culture en terrasses, le travail du granit exploit\u00e9 depuis l\u2019antiquit\u00e9 dans l\u2019architecture et au quotidien pour des emplois mineurs, le caract\u00e8re r\u00e9serv\u00e9 mais r\u00e9ceptif envers les Un voyage de Portoferraio \u00e0 Fetovaia prenait 4 heures. Les voyageurs, arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 Portoferraio depuis le continent, chargeaient les bagages sur le camion. A Colle Palombaia ils \u00e9taient ensuite transf\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 dos d\u2019\u00e2ne jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la plage du m\u00eame nom. Ensuite ils continuaient le voyage sur la barque \u00e0 rames \u00abguzzo\u00bb jusqu\u2019\u00e0 Fetovaia. La route qui relie enfin Fetovaia avec le reste de l\u2019\u00eele a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es Les habitants de Pomonte guid\u00e9s par leur m\u00e9decin ont anticip\u00e9 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de la route d\u00e9partementale en construisant une petite route qui allait de Pomonte \u00e0 Fetovaia. Avec la construction de la v\u00e9ritable route sont arriv\u00e9s les premiers touristes aventuriers, ce qui a symbolis\u00e9 le d\u00e9but d\u2019un grand changement et l\u2019ouverture de nombreux
