On arrival date the rooms are available at 14:00 hours and on departure date we kindly ask our guests to leave the rooms before 11:00 hours. For guests leaving only in the afternoon we have a bathroom with shower and a place where to leave the luggage.
Extra charge for Half Board (dinner at our restaurant): Adults € 20,00, children up to 10 years € 15,00;
Additional bed: € 30,00 per day;
Cradle: free in Low and Middle season, € 20,00 per day in High and Hot season (meals not included);
Pets not admitted.
OFFERS
Offer long vacation: discount of 10% during Low season for a stay of at least 7 nights. The offer is valid only for direct bookings and can not be cumulated with other offers.
Agreement with beach bath: 10% discount at the bar / self service and special prices at the beach bath 'Pino solitario'.
Agreement with Tennis Court: illuminated, syntetic grass tennis court at 300 m from the hotel. Rackets can be rented on the spot.
For the ferry tickets you can contact via Mail the travel agency "Bruno Viaggi" . With them you will pay the ticket the price you would pay buying the ticket directly on the harbour (they do not take any commission and postal fees).

DOWN PAYMENT
The booking is considered confirmed only after the reception of the down payment of about 30% of the amount. You can send a postal order to the above address or do a bank draft in favour of our bank in Marina di Campo, Banca di Credito Cooperativo Banca dell'Elba. In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.
